These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Globals Live Hosting ("we," "us," "our"), based in Jerusalem, Israel, available at https://globals.live . By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide domain name registration, shared hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated servers (unmanaged or fully managed), cloud servers, and services for configuring, managing, securing and activating servers, as well as the sale/rental of additional services related to server development and upgrades, and the installation of any other related services — alongside our professional social media services and social media advertising management. Service specifications, pricing, and included features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Accounts
To place an order or manage services, you may need to create a client account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and placing orders.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our website and may be paid via bank transfer, PayPal, a payment link provided at checkout, or cash, depending on the options enabled at the time of your order. We do not currently process card payments directly through our website; payments are verified manually by our team, and your order status will remain "pending" or "processing" until payment is confirmed. Services are provisioned only after payment has been verified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Billing Cycles, Renewals, and Auto-Renewal
Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly). If you enable auto-renewal for a service, we will automatically generate a renewal order and payment instructions before the service's due date; auto-renewal does not authorize us to charge any card or account automatically, and your service will only continue uninterrupted once you complete payment for the renewal order. It is your responsibility to complete renewal payments before the due date to avoid service interruption or suspension.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Domain registration fees are non-refundable; however, fees for some services can be refunded within 30 days. Requests for cancellation or refund of unprovisioned or unused services may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to hosting content that infringes intellectual property rights, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), or engaging in activity that disrupts our infrastructure or other customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
7. Customer Content and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content, data, and applications you host or promote through our services, including domain registration details and any advertising content submitted for our social media advertising service. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses or permissions required for your content and for complying with the terms of any third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.) used in connection with advertising services we manage on your behalf.
8. Service Availability
While we aim to provide reliable hosting infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in downtime.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services in cases of non-payment, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at your request. Upon termination, we may delete associated data after a reasonable notice period, except where retention is required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
